Keeping food cold during camping is really needed for the food not to spoil thus preventing food poisoning. Charlie Gaston of Demand Media share some tips to keeping the food cold. First you need to freeze the liquid and food items at least three to four hours in the cooler. Then, you put large block of ice around the contents.
